The seven-course Menu Signature is a unique,
edible exhibition by the Chef and Ceramic Artist Jarmo Pitkänen
of Studio Restaurant Tundra.

The best flavours of the season from the lakes and the forests – the pure aromas of the wilderness – are served in style, in an atmosphere rich with the magic of the north.

An artefact made of chocolate and sugar will present
an unforgettable climax to the evening.
The entire table setting comes from Ceramics Studio Tundra.

The dinner includes a numbered and signed menu card
and a ceramic item from Ceramics Studio Tundra.
